Can you whistle? There is an old saying or myth that gay men cannot whistle. Can't even put two fingers up to their mouth and hail a taxi in New York City. I suppose that they can't even whistle the song, "Whistle While You Work!"
Even Ian Fleming in one of his novels (and movies) gave James Bond the line that gays can't whistle:
